I am doing inspection & expediting for the following items & activities for different companies & inspection agencies :

• Attend Pre-inspection meetings
• Pressure Vessels, heat Exchangers & Columns (Columns Internals)
• Fabrication & Erection of Piping Spools for Process Piping
• Valves -On/Off Valve, Control Valve, Pressure Safety Valve, Ball Valve Check Valves, Gate Valves, Plate type valve/Butterfly Valves, Niddle valve.
• Cryogenic Valves including the Cryo test.
• Fittings –, Elbow, Tee Reducer, Flanges, Couplings, Bellows, Nozzles
• Gaskets,
• Line Pipe—LSAW & Spiral
• Oil & Gas Equipment and Skids Packages - For Indian & Overseas refineries
• Metering Skids, Filtration Skids – PDO Oman & Air Product- Saudi Arabia
• Level Gauge (Magnetic Type) ETP
• Chlorine Cylinders
• Lube Oil Systems
• Cross Country Pipe Line- Layering & Inspection
• Pre-Fab Structure (PEB) For Refineries & other plants
• Electric /Manual Hoist, Chain Pully Blocks & EOT cranes
• Pumps.
• Conveyor Belts
• Conveyor systems for Power/cement/coal/mining,
• Cement plant/Rolling mill /Mining equipment
• Soler Plant equipment & accessories
• Vendor assessment as per client requirement
• Develop and approve VENDORS quality documents such as contract quality plan, quality control plan, and method statements, and GET IT approved FROM CLIENT.
• Expediting – Monitor Progress of the Job as per the schedule, any delays in completion of
the Project & intimate to the client with recommendations
